At a glance: What the AI hints offer
With the AI hints on the dashboard, you no longer have to search through reports manually to see where action is needed. As soon as you sign in, you get proactive recommendations for your assigned trainees.
There are two types of hint cards:
Trainees who need support: Draws your attention to learners who need help with their learning.
Trainees without a learning plan: Shows you how many learners don't have an assigned learning plan yet.
How to use the hints step by step
Open the dashboard: Sign in to the platform. If action is needed, up to two hint cards appear at the top of the Home screen.
Check the details: On the cards, you can see the exact number of affected trainees right away.
Start the AI assistant: Click anywhere on the card.
Take action: The AI assistant opens directly with the trainees preselected, so you can go into detail on each one and create a personalized learning plan in conversation with the AI assistant.
Requirements and system behavior
Important:
Automatic hiding: If all your trainees are taken care of and no action is needed, no cards are shown.
Assigned units: Only trainees assigned to your own organizational unit are considered and counted.
Data freshness: The hints are based on data syncs that are updated at least every 48 hours.
Company holidays & inactivity: If a group is inactive for an extended period (e.g., during holidays), the system automatically pauses the hints to avoid false signals.
