The user export gives you a comprehensive overview of all accounts stored in the admin

panel. It also includes a column showing whether the respective

users have already activated their accounts.

1. Go to ‘Users’ in the left navigation bar.

2. Then click the ‘Export users’ button. A window opens;

click ‘Download’ there. You can then open the downloaded

file.

👉 Column C 'Status' tells you whether accounts have been activated:

active means the user has activated their account, i.e. confirmed it via

verification email and signed in at least once.

inaktive means the user hasn't activated their account yet.
