You can create individual users as well as multiple users
at once in the Admin Panel.
đ Important general info:
The number of trainee licenses is set by contract.
The number of trainer licenses is agreed on with your contact person.
Once the maximum number of trainee licenses is reached, you can either purchase new licenses or remove existing users.
If you use SSO sign-in, you can't create new users in the Admin Panel. New users are approved based on the authentication rules configured for your specific SSO integration and, in some cases, need to be coordinated with your own IT team.

Assign licenses or groups (entities) (SSO customers)
Assign licenses or groups (entities) (SSO customers)
In the Admin Panel, you can assign the trainer license or the group (entity)
in an individual user's profile. This is an important feature when
this information can't be passed along via the email claims, as
described above.
If a new user (e.g. a trainer) signs in via SSO and no automatic license assignment
via the email claims is set up (see also
email claim configuration), the user automatically receives a
trainee license at first, unless a role (trainee or trainer) is
defined in the claims.
To give the user a trainer license, follow these steps:
1. Select the user
2. Open the profile of the user
3. Under âLicenseâ, select the trainer license
4. Under âEntityâ, select the corresponding group
5. Important: Trainers can also manage multiple groups under âManaged
entitiesâ
