The AI chat (AI tutor) uses OpenAI's GPT model, which is provided through the Microsoft Azure cloud.

No. Your interactions and data are generally not used to train the underlying base AI model. simpleclub uses anonymization and technical filters.

Yes. For business customers, there is a logical tenant separation. The AI only accesses content that has been approved for your company. Individual content such as uploaded documents also stays isolated in your company space (your tenant). It can't be viewed by other simpleclub customers.
