Learn how to create your own learning content with the Content Creator

Create topics

Follow these steps to add your own content to your trainees' learning plan:

  1. Open the learning plan Open the learning plan you want to edit or add new content to.

  2. Create a topic Click the plus icon and choose the "Create Topic" option.

  3. Choose a content source You can create a topic from scratch or import content from an existing PDF.

    • Use PDF import: Upload a PDF that you already use internally.

      • The artificial intelligence (AI) automatically recognizes text, images, and tables and turns them into an interactive topic.

  4. Adjust and add content After the import, you can review and adjust all content, or add to it if needed.

    • Add media: You can upload videos or add more text directly with the editor, with no extra programs needed.

  5. Save the topic Once you're done editing, save the topic. It then appears in your trainees' learning plan right away.
