Manage your own content

What are the benefits of the new overview for managing your own content?

Until now, custom content was often tied to specific learning plans, which made it hard to find. The overview of your own content solves this problem by fully decoupling the content.

  • Central management: See all topics and exercises in one clear list without having to search through individual learning plans.

  • Faster workflow: Create topics or exercises right from Home and find them immediately.

  • Knowledge retention: Digitize your existing company PDFs and turn them into interactive content that's available on mobile.

How to find it

Managing your own content is available to all trainers and administrators who have access to the Content Creator.

1. Access

You'll find the overview in the sidebar of your web browser under the "Topics" tab, then under "Company content" (this replaces the old "Explore" section).

2. Distribute content

You can assign a topic from the overview directly to multiple learning plans:

  1. Click the three dots next to a topic.

  2. Select the assign option to add it to existing learning plans right away.

Upload existing PDFs and extract them into the editor.

Interactivity: Makes static documents usable on mobile.

Quick search

Use pagination and filters to find your colleagues' exercises.

Reusability: See at a glance what content already exists and avoid duplicate work

Important notes on the current status (BETA)

Because the overview of your own content is currently in the beta phase, there are a few technical quirks to keep in mind:

  • Limited actions: Features like "Delete" or "test integration" are still in preparation and will be added soon.

  • Author display: Due to system limitations, the "Author" column currently often shows only "Me" or "Other".

  • Creation date: Content created before the overview launched may be missing its date. New content is dated correctly.
