The three sections in the Test Manager
The three sections in the Test Manager
In the Test Manager's test overview, you'll usually find three sections that help you manage your digital exams:
Available tests:
This section lists all the tests you've already created that the assigned trainees still need to take.
Here you can change settings such as the start or end date afterward, or add more trainees, if needed.
Upcoming tests:
Tests appear in this section once they've been published and the start date has been reached.
Here you can view trainees' progress while they're completing the tests.
You see an overview of the results (e.g. the average of all participants) or can view the results individually for each trainee.
Past tests:
Tests are archived here once their end date has passed or you've manually marked them as completed.
The detailed evaluation is still available to you so you can check the knowledge level. Each trainee also gets transparent insight into their own results.
