The Test Manager grades every question automatically as soon as the trainee has finished the test and it has been published.
You don't have to check any points or answers manually.
The tool instantly generates a clear report on the participants' performance.
Important: Evaluation starts right after the set time window ends, or immediately if the trainee finishes and submits the test early.
2. Where to find the results
You can find the full reports and results directly in the system to check learning progress.
In the test overview, go to the "Past Tests" section to find the relevant test.
Select the test from the list of completed tests to open the detail view.
In the detail view, you'll see the "Trainee Results" in a table.
Here you can view progress and test results as an average of all participants or individually for each participant.
Each participant also gets instant and transparent access to their own grade, so trainees know exactly where they stand.
3. Understand and use reports
The Test Manager reports give you all the information you need to judge how the test went and to respond to weaknesses:
Overall learning level: You immediately see the trainee's overall performance on the test.
Topic analysis: The report shows you which topic areas the trainee did especially well in and where the gaps are.
Identify learning gaps: You can keep an eye on learning progress at any time and respond to learning gaps in a targeted way.
