View the learning progress of a learning plan
Trainee progress is available as a detailed report directly in each learning plan:
Open the learning plan: Select the learning plan you already shared from your overview.
Open the report: In the learning plan view, click the "Report" option.
You will immediately see an overview of all trainees who joined this learning plan.

To check an individual's status, simply click a trainee's name in the list. On the right, you will then see their learning progress so far, broken down by individual topic. Two key progress categories are distinguished:
1. Completion
This shows how much of the entire learning plan the trainee has already worked through.
Metric: The sheer amount of content that has been opened and completed.
2. Understanding
This shows how well the topic was understood. It is a measure of the quality of what was learned.
Metric: The level is based on the results of the practice questions and tests answered within the topic.

The report is an important tool for in-company training management:
Identify learning difficulties: Before an in-house training session, you can check the report to see which topics have a particularly low understanding level.
Targeted support: You get a concrete sense of which content individual trainees or the whole group need additional support with, for example in the form of in-person training or one-on-one conversations.

You can see your trainees by opening the report of the learning plan you shared with them. Follow these steps to access the trainee data:

Open the learning plan: Select the learning plan you already shared from your overview.
Open the report: In the learning plan view, click the "Report" option.
You will then immediately see an overview of all trainees who joined this learning plan.

You can see the report data on your trainees' learning progress directly in the respective learning plan in simpleclub. To view the data, proceed as follows:
Open the learning plan: Select the learning plan you already shared from your overview.
Open the report: In the learning plan view, click the "Report" option.
Can I see what trainees learn on their own, outside of assigned learning plans?
Can I see what trainees learn on their own, outside of assigned learning plans?
Reports show activity that is linked to a learning plan, either one you assigned or one the trainee created themselves (self-created plans appear in the reports). Free browsing of topics outside a learning plan is not shown in the reports.
If you want to track a specific area: Create a learning plan (or ask the trainee to create one) that covers this area, and the activity will become visible.

In the reports, the detail view for each trainee shows their most recent engagement (when they last learned). There is no self-service dashboard yet for a complete "Last active" overview across all trainees. Your simpleclub contact can provide this on request. Reach out via the support chat or your CSM.
