Global Reports

Everything you need to know about Global Reports

With Global Reports, you get a central overview of the learning progress of all your trainees as a trainer. Instead of laboriously checking progress in each individual learning plan, this feature brings all the relevant data together in one place.

Benefits of Global Reports

Global Reports help you manage training more efficiently:

  • Track overall progress: See progress across all assigned or self-created learning plans.

  • Compare at a glance: Instantly identify which learners are on track or need support.

  • Targeted help: Use the detail view to see exactly which topics a trainee is struggling with.

How to use Global Reports

The feature is currently available through the simpleclub web app.

  1. In the left menu, go to Reports.

  2. The main overview shows a table with all trainees you are responsible for.

  3. Check the percentage and star display to quickly grasp the current status.

  4. Click a trainee's row to take a closer look at their individual profile and progress.

The detail view: Provide targeted support

If you notice that a trainee is falling behind, the detailed trainee report view helps you find the cause.

Key differences from previous reports

With the introduction of Global Reports, the way you access data changes fundamentally:

  • Before: You had to be the creator or manager of a learning plan to see reports.

  • Now: If you manage an area, you automatically have access to the reports of all trainees in that unit, across all learning plans.

  • Companies without areas: All trainers have access to the reports of all trainees in the company.

Important: Existing reports within individual learning plans will remain available at least until the end of the first quarter. However, we recommend switching to Global Reports early for better scalability.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Which learning activities are tracked? Currently, only activities linked to a learning plan are tracked. If a trainee studies content freely through the topic structure, that data only appears in the report if the topic is also part of a learning plan.

Why can I see learning plans that trainees created themselves? This gives trainers a complete picture of their trainees' engagement and diligence. Legally, this is covered by the trainees' agreement to the terms and conditions in a professional context.

What happens if a trainee changes departments? If a trainee moves to an organizational unit (entity) that you don't manage, you lose visibility of their report until they return to your area, if applicable.

💡 What you can do next
