Share a learning plan directly on the platform
Here's how to assign your learning plan to the right trainees:
Open the learning plan
Go to the learning plan you want to share via the Library.
Add members
When you are in the learning plan, a "Manage members" button appears at the top right.
Select trainees
A new window opens. Here, you select the trainees you want.
To speed up the selection, you can filter at the top by the following criteria:
Training jobs: Select all trainees of a specific job.
Training year: Filter by the respective year of training.
Alternatively, you can find individual trainees directly using the search bar or select all trainees with one click.
Finish sharing
Click the blue button at the bottom right to share the learning plan.

No, learning plans can't be exported. Our platform is designed so that learning plans are edited and tracked directly in the app. This way, trainees and trainers always have the current learning progress in view and can find all learning content in one place.
Where do trainees find the shared learning plan?

After you share it, your trainees automatically get access and a notification:
Trainees who use the simpleclub app receive a push notification on their smartphone about the new learning plan.
On the Home screen: The learning plan immediately appears on the Home screen under "Learning plans shared with you" and is marked with the label "New". Trainees can open the learning plan there and join it.

If you want to distribute the learning plan through external channels (such as email or an internal chat), use the link feature:
Open the link option
In the learning plan view, click the option "Copy link".
Get the code or link
A window opens. You can now:
Have the generated QR code scanned.
Copy the link and send it manually to your trainees (e.g., via email or chat).
