Find learning plans quickly
The overview of your learning plan Library now has a search bar. Use it to search your plans by name.
Real-time results: The list updates instantly as you type.
Relevance: You only see the plans you have access to.
Customize the sorting
Customize the sorting
In addition to search, you can customize the order of the learning plans shown. To do this, click the dropdown menu to the right of the search bar and choose your sorting criteria.
You have the following options:
Sort option | Description |
Title | Alphabetical order by learning plan name. |
End date | Sorted by expiration date (ascending or descending). |
Creation date | Shows the newest or oldest plans first. |
Last edited | Sorts plans by when they were last changed. |
Tip: Sort by end date (ascending) to see right away which learning plans expire next and should be prioritized.
Here's how: step by step
In your dashboard, go to the Library and select the Learning plans tab.
Enter the name of the plan you're looking for in the search bar at the top left.
To reorder the list, click the sort menu at the top right.
Select the criterion you want (e.g., "Title" or "Last edited") and the direction (ascending/descending).
